Our Services
Three engagements.
Each one complete in itself.
Every Tessera service is a standalone project with a defined scope, a specific deliverable, and a fixed fee. Nothing is bundled. Nothing is implied.

How every engagement is structured
The pattern across all three services is the same: a discovery phase that builds understanding of the client's actual situation, a delivery phase that produces the agreed output, and a close that leaves the client with a document they can use independently or share with other advisors.
Discovery always precedes recommendations. No framework is applied before the situation is understood. The written project brief signed at the outset defines what the discovery will cover and what the final deliverable will contain.
Brief & agreement
Written project brief agreed and signed before any work begins.
Discovery
Structured interviews, document review, or market calls as appropriate to the engagement type.
Delivery
Production and handover of the agreed deliverable — written document, map, or facilitation summary.
Close
Debrief conversation, any clarifying questions addressed. Engagement ends as agreed.
Service 01
Strategy Refresh for Family-Run Firms
A focused engagement designed for family-held companies at a point where the question of how the next generation of leadership should be prepared has become concrete rather than abstract. The work is operational and relational — it does not touch ownership structures or legal instruments, which remain with the family's specialist advisors.
The engagement covers a written assessment of the current operating arrangement, a set of individual conversations with each family member who is involved in the business, and a draft transition plan structured for use by both the family and their other advisors.

Service 02
B2B Partnership Mapping
A two-week project that produces a written map of the B2B relationships a company currently has and could develop within its region — covering distributors, integrators, and channel partners. The scope includes both a review of existing arrangements and outreach into the market to test assumptions and identify relationships not yet on the client's radar.
The deliverable is a written document that identifies which relationships are functioning, which are under-used, and where new partnerships may be worth exploring — with specific observations rather than general guidance.
Service 03
Leadership Off-site Facilitation
Preparation and on-site facilitation for a one-day or two-day off-site for a leadership team. The engagement includes pre-interviews with participants, agenda design, on-the-day facilitation, and a written follow-up summary. Materials and agenda are prepared in collaboration with the host team.
Suitable for groups of six to twenty participants. The pre-interview stage is where most of the design value sits — understanding each person's perspective on the questions the team needs to work through before the day itself is designed.
